Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and annual plans can be cancelled before renewal.
What if something breaks between visits?
Call us. Plan members get priority scheduling and discounted repairs, and Comfort and Whole Home members get a same-day window.
Do you service gas and electric systems?
Yes. Our techs are licensed for gas, electric and heat pump systems, and plumbing on the Whole Home plan.
Can I add a plan to a rental property?
Absolutely. Landlords can cover multiple addresses on one account.
